Molly experienced a confusion of purpose today. The question arose: what to do with the proffered yogurt-covered raisin? Molly alternately nibbled it (it tastes nice!) and kicked it (it is a fun toy!). Seemingly, here was an object that could have divergent uses, a concept that Molly found odd. She looked at me for guidance. As a distraction, I gave her my empty glass so that she could lick the condensation off it.
