Molly looks dorky when she sits upright, as if somehow she got all stretched out. Molly also sheds hair positively everywhere in the apartment. Regardless, I do love her so.

No CommentsChanges are afoot in the household as Molly approaches her first birthday. She has calmed down considerably of late. This is why relevant journal entries have become so few and so far between — I don’t witness antics much anymore.
Honestly, though, the newly peaceful atmosphere in the apartment suits Twinkie and me just fine. Molly is settling down, finding her personality. And judging by the personality that’s emerging, I have raised a sweet kitty. She respects others (ambushing us only rarely), shares the best napping spots with Twinkie, and loves to be petted. She’s even stopped throwing her turds out of the litter box.

No CommentsOnce upon a time, Molly the cat came across a meringue. The meringue was stale and deemed inedible by her human owner. Accordingly, he had broken it into pieces and left them on the floor in disgust. Molly tasted the sugary eggwhites, and they were quite nice. She ate and ate until she could eat no more. Then, she climbed onto her favorite couch cushion for a nap. The end.
